Booking Policy

When booking a group event at Johnson Farms, please review the following policies: 1. Group Size & Discount: - A minimum of 50 people is required to qualify for the group discount. - Groups of 50 or more receive a 20% discount on each ticket: - Weekday Rate (50+ people): $11.19 per person (regular $13.99) - Weekend Rate (50+ people): $13.59 per person (regular $16.99) 2. Booking & Payment: - Advance booking is required for all events. - A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your date. - Full payment is due prior to or upon arrival at the farm. - Once payment is made, it is non-refundable. In the event that you need to cancel or change your booking, we offer reschedules or merchant credit for future use. 3. Food Policy: - No outside catering is allowed unless it is a birthday or celebration dessert. 4. Inclement Weather: - We understand that weather can be unpredictable. If inclement weather affects your scheduled event, you may reschedule for another available date within the current season. - In the rare event that Johnson Farms must close due to severe weather conditions, you will have the option to reschedule your event or receive a full refund. 5. Rescheduling: - If you need to reschedule your event, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new date within the current season. 6. No-Show Policy: - If your group does not show up for the scheduled event and has not contacted us to reschedule, your payment will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued. By booking your event with Johnson Farms, you agree to these terms and conditions. We look forward to hosting your special occasion and creating lasting memories!
