• All tickets and season passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Tickets must be purchased for all individuals entering the U-Pick farm, with the exception of children under 3.

• Free admission offers, such as promotions for grandparents or special events, are subject to specific terms and limits.

• By entering the farm, visitors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Johnson Farms, its owners, and employees from any claims of personal injury, property damage, or loss.

• Visitors are responsible for supervising their children and ensuring their safety while on the farm.

• Pets are not allowed on the farm, except for service animals as defined by ADA guidelines.
